The study described a deep understanding of the supervisor and team members' role in every organization with proper information. The assignment structure is based on the challenges and skills that are highly necessary for supervisors and team members to easily develop the workplace very effectively. The study identified three challenges of the supervisor that reduce project management and also developed three skills that are highly required to be a project manager. The following assignment also discovered a great understanding between the challenges and skills of team members of the Global Green Book Publisher Company. The core objective of this study is to evaluate the challenges and skills that are essential parts or every organization and handle those challenges with effective skills. The study also identifies the key learning areas, especially how the challenges impact project management and its successful growth, and the necessary skills that also play a significant role in easily overcoming those challenges. The team members also faced various challenges that identity with specific skills that enhance their potential in the workplace very effectively. In the end, the conclusion section provided a clear observation of the role of supervisors and employees with proper information. The study mainly developed key principles such as the skills and how it reduces those risk factors that highly hamper this company very effectively. Introduction
Global Green Books publishing is an E-book company that faces various challenges to build effective project management. The following assignment describes a great understanding of the challenge faced by the supervisor and team members and also identity the skills that are highly required to overcome these challenges.
Supervisor Challenges
The supervisor of this company experienced a critical situation to establish effective project management.
Absence of scheduling software
One of the major issues faced by the supervisor in this company is poor scheduling software that reduces the entire control of this company. It makes various critical situations in establishing effective planning and production process for e-books. The increasing market competition also impacts this company because of these issues. Scheduling software plays an effective role in every company. So the absence of this software reduces the effects of ebook production and the process becomes time-consuming.     
Cost management issues
Another challenge regarding effective project management is undeveloped cost management.
