The personnel’s and stakeholders learning needs include development in their skills the use of management information system. The second need of staff is to gain knowledge about different tools and techniques of change management so that they can cope up with the changes. The third need is to enhance communication skills.

The reason to identify learning need is to examine the key issues and challenges which staff members are facing while using information management system. The reason for identifying such need is to develop training programs to make the stakeholders more productive in using information management system (Moran & Morner, 2017).

Human, financial and physical resources are the three significant resources which will be required. Human resources requirement include learners, assistants instructors etc. whereas financial resources will be needed for refreshment, energy, hiring room, equipment etc. Physical resources in the form of paper, samples, internet, room etc. will be required.

The process of organizing and facilitating learning activity will included the following steps
· Indentifying the need and reasons behind activity
· Getting approval of activity from senior management
· Developing plan for the activity

To facilitate the event, adequate support and assistance will be provided.

Promotion and support for the use of information and knowledge management systems throughout the organisation are necessary because it helps in facilitating and enhancing communication within the organisation. It will also support in making the information accessible to the workers and thus will contribute in enhancing their productivity.

The process of monitoring and documentation of activity supports in understanding good and bad things about learning activities. Monitoring also plays a critical role in improving learning activities by identifying weaknesses.

The compliance will help in ensuring the fact that all the procedures, rules and regulations applied to information system are followed in every possible manner. Further, it will also assist in identifying the abuse or misuse of the system (Galliers & Leidner, 2014). Monitoring effectiveness and efficiency will support in determining whether the systems are fast and upgraded or not.

Untrained staff is an implementation issue which can be faced by the management. To deal with this issue, the training sessions will be planned and delivered to make the staff members aware of the use of knowledge and information system.

Monitoring integration and alignment with data and information system is essential because it will help in eliminating the chances of problem and system failure. Monitoring will also support in getting an adequate return on the investment made to purchase and implement the system.
