Complete a Needs Assessment by submitting a2 page paper discussing the client's needs with relation to the management problem you are studying.

Needs assessment for identifying Client’s needs in context of management problem
The concerned client in this assignment is a construction company, where the key problem has been identified to be facing issues in time management. As mentioned by Kaiser, El Arbi and Ahlemann (2015), it is a major and commonly faced problem in case of construction industry because the projects undertaken by the construction companies comprise of multiple smaller sub-tasks, which is why delaying one of them can lead on to the overall delay in the entire project.
In case of our client, the construction company, they are currently dealing with time management problems, which is why they might miss deadlines of a number of projects and subjected to more resources as well as monetary expenditures than as planned. Hence, their desired performance to meet all deadlines and finish sub-tasks within allocated timeframe can help improve their current organizational reputation as well as performance. 
As mentioned by Li et al. (2016), the steps to needs analysis begin with gap identification, which shows that if an organization is not succeeding in performing well, they are leaving a gap in meeting what they have initially stated in their mission statement. In case of our client, the same issue has been noticed, wherein, they have approached us, because they are not being able finish all the comprising activities within their stipulated times, which might hamper the overall reputation of their company, thus, negating their mission statement.
