Vision, Mission and Learning Focused Culture
Vision
I tend to foresee the challenges that may become potential barriers to the delivery of quality educational norms. The vision also includes the procedural understanding of the focused work, development of support groups for educators as well as to ensure that the smooth accessibility to curriculum is provided to all stakeholders. 
Mission
The mission will be guided by the directives of improving current standards of education. There have been some gaps identified previously; the three criteria marked in the previous research will be covered through setting up new instructional model of leadership. Modern interventions will be the part of this mission of improving the current educational norms. I would prefer showing dedication and commitment to improvement.
This will include open-minded thinking, positivity in developing the instructional model of leadership as well as ensuring that formal achievement of the educational goals is done through collaborative efforts of the educators (Bowman, 2016). This mission will be shared with the educators and their feedbacks will be welcomed, in case they view any improvement to be made in the present mission structure. 
Learning Focused Culture
Individualized learning will be in the center of the current strategic planning and execution. The emphasis will be given over the procedure, through which educational goals are currently achieved in school. The educators will be encouraged to work on the methods and teaching pedagogies that support personalized learning through the quality delivery of the curriculum. The students, at the same time, will be encouraged to participate in the learning activities with their vision shared with the educators. A holistic model of support in education will be developed in this way.
