ands like Nike. With its quality products at unimaginable low prices has made Nike grow all across the globe. and shall also be discussed in the light of the influence it causes on governmental and non-profit organizations.

Project Management Plan
Issues Associated with Cultural Globalization on Marketing and HR Strategies of Nike
As business organizations decided to move out of their national boundaries and expand their business into the international markets, a greater need was felt to come up with marketing strategies that would help to attract and retain a loyal customer base despite of the cultural differences. As opined by Lasse
e (2017) this is a challenging task for the marketing team as they need to be aware about the culture of the host country so that the advertisements and other digital marketing methods used may not hurt the sentiments of the potential customers. These cultural differences also have a huge impact on the human resources of an organization. Business organizations working in different regions of the world have their own unique workplace culture, which may significantly affect the organizational strategies.
Issues Associated with Economical Globalization on Marketing and HR Strategies of Nike
Economic globalization is one of the three predominant dimensions of globalization regularly discovered. Economic globalization refers to the widespread international motion of goods, capital, services, technology and information (DeCenzo, Ro
ins & Verhulst, 2016). It is the increasing financial integration and interdependence of national, regional, and local economies across the world via an intensification of cross-border motion of goods, services, applied sciences and capital. It becomes difficult for companies like Nike to come up with production and marketing plans that will help to satisfy the customers across the borders in minimal investment. It becomes essential to come up with optimal strategies that could produce maximum goods to meet the needs of the customers without investing much costs. Moreover, it is not easy for the human resources to perform well in cultures, which are different from there’s.
Issues Associated with Ethical Globalization on Marketing and HR Strategies of Nike
As organizations move out of their comfort zones, they tend to meet a culturally diverse workforce. As observed by Bailey et al., (2018) people belonging to different cultural backgrounds may have different ideologies and opinions and therefore, it becomes difficult for people working within an organization to work in sync and harmony with each other leading to several organizational conflicts.
Scope of the Project
The scope of the project is limited to addressing the challenges and issues that marketing and human resource managers and employees working in these organizations face, when they need to incorporate different cultures, economic conditions and ethnicities into the operations of the business. With globalization making a huge influence on the operations of Nike, it is essential that challenges associated may be considered as well. The project aims at meeting the requirements of the project stakeholders.
While conducting this research it will be ensured that open communication channels are being adopted to complete this research (Rice and Walker, 2018). Ve
al and nonve
al communication methods will be used to discuss the project timelines, the budget and the progress of the project with the people concerned with this research paper. The data required to complete this research paper shall also be collected by communicating with the human participants involved in this project.
Risks Associated with the Project
Due to the out
eak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project may be delayed as it may become difficult to collect relevant data for this research paper. As opined by Fernandes (2020) contacting the managers for the purpose of the survey and the interviews may be a tough task. Moreover, the secondary sources used may not be accurate and it may become difficult to align the information collected from these sources with the research variables. Delays in schedule may also lead to increased project costs.

At the very inception, Nike was known popularly recognized as gue
illa marketers as acknowledged by Knight. The company has always been instrumental in focusing on the structural attributes concerning emotional marketing. Since each Nike’s advertisements tells a story relating to that of an athlete. As opined by Dingilian (2017) the company did not shed light on the product. Since the company wanted to tie up with the young star athlete like Michael Jordan, which however was a smart choice to
oaden their segment. The company over the years in order to ensure its visibility had led to its participation in events relating to the sports industry that contributed towards the profitability of the company. Their aspect of Nike phenomenal shot” appears to be one of the contributing factors that led towards their success it was during the year 2014 relating to the FIFA world cup. It is also important to note the fact that the company not only sponsored but also in the 2018 world cup, nearly 160 goals were scored, out of which 94 players had worn Nike shoes who scored the goals.
