Total 3794 internationally educated nurses were approached. Out of which only 1951 entries were found suitable, Canada.

Questionnaire, the survey of cultural adaptation, translation for research tools in Canada’s two official languages (French and English), Stability test, Single-item Likert-type scale, Integration process Kruskall-Wallis test, the Spearman rank test, & a post-hoc Mann–Whitney U test.
Most of the respondent nurses were between the age of 48 and 58 years old with children. The majority were of Asian descent and had either a diploma or a bachelor’s degree. Ontario and the Prairies Provinces employed majority of the nurses. Overall, female respondents to the survey were highly satisfied with their career than male nurses. Significant associations between career characteristics and career satisfaction of internationally educated nurses were found.
Working environment or organization has an important role to play in job satisfaction of the nurses. Discrimination on the basis of locally or internationally educated nurses should be removed to provide access to career development activities.

Statistics table on the basis of characteristics (demographic, individual and organizational) giving knowledge of factors responsible for job satisfaction among nurses in all the three provinces. Data conceptualized into GEE model, offering the better understanding of the problem studied.
