Executive Summary
1 Rationale
The Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (PMBOK Guide) defines a project as “a temporary effort or an effort to create a unique product or service, which means that every project has a clear starting point and end point” (Project Management Institute, 2096: Cited in "Project Management Magazine" (2003). In the same context, other authors pointed out that the project is an unconventional process involving the coordination of inte
elated activities. PMBOK, Project Management in 2096 Defined as "the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to provide activities to meet or exceed the needs of stakeholders and expectations of the project. Nowadays, projects are the most popular way to complete work, and projects themselves are now usually coordinated and comprehensive planning. Maylor pointed out in 2005 that in order to have a successful project, managers need to be good at planning and managing projects with sufficient knowledge and experience, especially in physical projects and tools and techniques related to project activities. Project management can help companies based on Vision and strategy to achieve goals. There are no magical instructions for a successful project, but a good project plan at the initial stage may have a positive impact on the cost, time and quality of any project.
The purpose of writing this report is to rigorously evaluate two aspects, project management and risk management are important aspects of the entire project management process, and provide support from literature and case studies. Nevertheless, because the concept of project management is well known, we focus on shortening the implementation of such projects. PM helped succeed. Interestingly, the information explosion represents the fact that development of knowledge has increased the complexity of the project, because if the budget is right, the project will often use the latest progress. For example, given the fact that there are not too many rules in this area, it is not difficult to build a hotel 80 or 90 years ago.
Other reason is the triple bottom line, which is represented by earth, profit and people. According to Gray and Larson (2011), companies can no longer easily focus on maximizing profits, thus causing damage to the society and environment. In terms of sustainability and durability, companies must be responsible for society and the environment, because in the past 100 years, protecting life on the planet and protecting the planet it have become one of the most important goals. The reason project management is significant is due to the increasing focus on customers. It means that in previous few years, due to increasingly fierce competition and more industries from the similar business joining the similar market, companies tend to focus on their consumer moreover their well-being, and most significantly To increase well-being for the following purposes: To gain a competitive advantage.
The Burleigh Heads Community Association wants you to create a simple 3D game for PC or Mac that involves collecting items on the beach that may have environmental impact. The game also needs to open the menu and score. The project requires a fast turnaround time of 3 weeks to release upcoming events. The execution phase is the work to finish the project. This is the time when physical moreover intellectual work is required. Many manual work is finish by workers with insufficient knowledge (but they have better skills), while many mental work is finish by knowledge employees (for example managers or directors). In order to ensure that everything goes according to plan, executive have implemented control moreover evaluation methods, for example time measurement, cost measurement, or specification measurement.
The final level of project life cycle is represented by the end level. According to Larson and Gray (2011), this stage includes three activities: providing the project product and service to customer, redeploying a few and all of the project’s resources, and post-project review. Throughout the delivery method, we know the transfer of documents and consumer training. By redeploying resources, we learned about the capability to use project resources in completing other projects. Throughout the post-project review, we can not only know the performance evaluation, but also learn lessons from the project completion date.
Introduction
For organizations seeking to gain a competitive advantage, project management and innovation management are vital capabilities. Timely organization of work is essential to engineering PM. The best methods to make sure that your group completes on time is to extrapolate in advance how long every phase of project must take. In order to examine time frame, the engineering manager uses the PERT to first determine the work that requirements to be completed, or then rank each milestone in the project. Then, the project manager uses a complementary PERT method called the critical path method (CPM) to determine the longest and shortest time it takes for each event from the beginning to the end. Careful analysis shows which events based on other events. This successful method combines time needs with workflows, which can make certain events fluctuate while restricting other events, so that the project can maintain a perfect balance.
The overall goal of our team are as follows:
· Complete the project within the specified time
· Ca
y out the project by tracking our use and understand where the funds are going.
· Keep the quality of the project at same stage by maintaining deadlines through the project.
· Complete the project according to the customer's needs according to the appropriate guidelines, which can also simply complete the project according to the customer's actual needs.
· The project should be completed in the best way and with enough information we have.
Skills and Knowledge inventory:
Our team members have many skills or information (Chen, Hwang & Raghu, 2011). In our team, one member comes from an economic background, or the other member has a better understanding of consumed service as well as documentation skills. The primary meeting was about determining project goals and assigning tasks based on their skills and knowledge. The skills and knowledge of our teammates are listed below.
The overall goal of our teamareas follows:

· Complete the project according to the customer's needs according to the appropriate guidelines, which can also simply complete the project according to the customer's actual, needs (Christian, 2018).
· The project should be completed in the best method and with sufficient information we have.
Roles and responsibilities:
In a project, every group member must have the same responsibilities and roles to finish the project. Therefore, in our project, group members have their qualities and can be assigned different responsibilities and roles to finish the project in an appropriate way. Therefore, this is the role and responsibility of our group members:
