As per the observation of the significant course contents contributing to the question taken up for the present discussion, a combination of ‘vision’, ‘perception’ and ‘deception’ should be linked to the matter of pandemic outbreak, something that has dominated the whole world for the past two years (Schafer, 2013).Mechanistic theory leads individuals towards concrete predictions that can be made about the real world, however, the abstract side of the same remains hidden from the perspectives of people.
For example, people can predict by overview of the cloudy weather that it may rain on that particular day. It is a part of their perception of the events in the scientific manner. However, they do not really know the status of water, the shallowness of the clouds or the possible wind flow, which might take up the clouds to some different location. The fact is that Mechanistic theory takes up the side of scientific vision and explains the matters of the world in precisely way through facts and evidences.
If applied to the course of pandemic outbreak, evolution of science over the past one century, as mentioned by Schafer in his quantum reality, is remarkable by all means, however, not everything that is viewed by science perspective covers the worldly events. The process leaves behind a completely different world, which is non-empirical by nature, and it creates that gap in human understanding of the world.
