The competitive force creating the most substantial competitive pressures for my athletic footwear company is ‘Rivalry among existing competitors’. This is the strongest competitive pressure on the athletic footwear company because the retail price for other companies is lower than the cu
ent company and this difference is more than 10-20%. The other reason is that the market share is divided among the existing competitors which are causing this to become the biggest competitive force.
