„a. “Vendor & Purchases” a dedicated module in Peachtree provides with a lot of useful 
features. One of the best feature definitely is “Vendor Management Centre”.  Under Vendor 
Management Centre a grid of screens and tools are present which shows vendor wise details 
such as history, total payments made, unpaid invoices, discounts obtained. One need not to 
hunt for any invoice. Using tools on the panel one could easily find out paid and unpaid 
invoices. Functions like Totalling and Filtering could also be performed on the same 
platform. 
Apart from Vendor Management centre, other important functionalities include Built 
In Reports where a no. of useful real time readymade reports such as VENDOR LEDGERS, 
1099 VENDORS could be utilized.  
Although Peachtree provides a lot of feature, but to mitigate the risk of upsizing of the
