Competitive Rivalry: Hot sauce industry consists of companies that make sauces and condiments and retailers that trade them. Production moreover Distribution are focused by the company. Few products seen within this market take in ketchup, ba
ecue sauce mustard and , mayonnaise. Since 2000, Cholula also has been one of the rising stars in the industry (Asad, 2012).
Substitutes: There are some sauces on the market that can be very sure. Cholula successfully overcomes the competition. And this is due in large part to its very efficient marketing strategy. The strategy they adopted made Cholula a success.
Threat of New Entry: Market is already fairly saturated, so new competitors are unlikely to emerge. Cholula has taken up a large part of a market. Therefore, competition will surely be more complex and some new companies will be a big difficultly to compete. Some investors in potential companies will be limited just because Cholula's competitors are already trying to compete with such companies. This does not seem to be a good venture opportunity (Aaker and Moorman, 2018).
