After you’ve completed your initial analysis of Brandless’ business model using the Canvas, formulate a set of marketing objectives that the firm should pursue. Leave these in the Recommendations box at the bottom. Consider things that Brandless is currently doing well that they should keep doing to maintain the delivery of value, things that they should stop doing because they are hurting the business, and things that they need to start doing to address gaps in their strategy. Ideally your marketing objectives will be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.
The following questions may help guide your thinking on fruitful areas for your recommendations, but don’t be constrained by them. Let your initial analyses be the primary influence on what you propose.
