Professional learning ecosystem is one of the most important and influential aspect concerning the learning procedure. Focusing on my professional learning ecosystem it involves complex interactions and continued growth including a range of people, social networks, Just-in-time performance tools, processes and technology platforms. The aspects related to my ecosystem helps me in engaging my mind into the things that could accelerate and sterilize my growth. The mapping of my steps also help me in focusing on my performance. My professional learning ecosystem sterilize my learning by helping me in reflecting to my prior performance and the area of growth.
