Company Background and Outline of New Services
Bellerive House, Hobart is a single-building small hotel located in Bellerive, having a promising future in hospitality business sector. The hotel was opened in 2006 and since then, it maintained great quality. Customer satisfaction has given it high reputation to maintain and consistent flow of local and national travellers. The hotel has only three luxurious rooms, which are very well decorated and they offer all the facilities customers seek, including Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, personalised entertainment services as well as household items that give the rooms their residential feel. The hotel building was built in the latter half of the nineteenth century, which gives it a unique design language (Great Small Hotels, 2018). The hotel, considering the increasing expectation of the travellers has opted for including serving dinner in the rooms instead of expecting the guests to dine together at the common dining place. The additional offering would not require additional recruitment of staffs and would justify the hike in tariff of the hotel.
