1. What is the history and purpose of your organization/community service site?
The LGBTQ is one of the community centers, which is based on Southern Nevada. This center is offering effective support for the wellbeing of the lesbian, gay and bisexual.
2. What social issue is your community site addressing to fulfil this purpose?
a. Where does this social issue come from?
These social issues are coming from the presence of discrimination in the society.
b. How does their organization/community service site address this social issue? What is their response? 
The sites of this community service organization presents different pictures, in which the gender discrimination process was not presented. In that respect, this community center opposes gender discrimination and promotes activities for the reduction of the issues related to that matter.
