In the present situation we have to answer two questions one is related to the board of 
directors of fisher, Inc. and another is related to the stockholders of fisher, Inc.  
In the first question we have to answer whether fisher’s board of directors will rely more 
on internal auditor or external auditor. In case of directors it is correct to say that they should rely 
on the report of external auditor. Board of directors are at the highest level of hierarchy in any 
organization, if a person is at such a high level in hierarchy then in such case he or she works 
through analyzing the reports generated by the lower management.
