Use the same organization as you used in week 1.
During week one, you assessed the need for a policies and procedures manual for your hypothetical organization. This week, you will analyze whether the policies and procedures manual is for a service, merchandising, or manufacturing organization. You will include potential local, regional, national, and international transactions and events.
Tasks:
Provide the purpose, scope, responsibilities, definitions, activities and processes, references, and forms for policies regarding the following:
Provide appropriate research citations. Keep your focus on how your manual is related to fraud and forensic accounting. You may develop the manual in any format that you feel best suits your selected organization.
