Stakeholder’s duty of care
PCBU or “Person conducting a business or undertaking” is a term mostly used in the area of “work health and safety legislation” (Tooma, 2013). Three major duties of a PCBU is ensuring hath and safety of worker while they are going through work. PCBU must ensure that the work which is being carried out does not include health risk. PCBU's other duty is to monitoring worker's health condition.
