The first link is the assignment instructions and the other is the template which it is to be done on. The third component to the assignment would just be done on a blank document. In terms of the numbers and everything you can just make up the numbers. Also, for example a student typically wouldn't be paying for their family's groceries, so in that cas you would just put the amount of food that would apply to you specifically.
