Assignment
Introduction
In this competitive and fast-paced interconnect VUCA world, disruptions are taking place every minute. These disruptions are actually transforming the traditional ways of performing business. In present dynamics, companies who not only wants to survive the test of time but also thrive in future depends on their human capital. Therefore, technical skills like project management and having a strong business acumen is integral for overall success of the company. I found the article, "A Balance Scorecard Approach to Project Management Leadership", by profound authors James No
ie and Derek H. T. Walker extremely insightful and intriguing. This article emphasize on the relevance of developing a strong strategy for the business and evaluating its implementation at the ground. Furthermore, article also emphasis on the addition of traditional triple constraint. Effective and efficient project management demands taking series of concrete decisions after evaluating the project and assessing the core dynamics of the environment. Keeping full track of even minute details that takes into consideration series of spreadsheet for budget information. However, creating a balance scorecard (BSC) can blend all the information into one thereby making it very natural to identify the trends which can be handled effectively (Kaplan, R., & Norton, D., 2001).

It takes into consideration the past performance based on the data and offers the organization with crucial feedback on how to take decisions for concrete future. Professional project managers can experience in evaluating the end-results that can stand strong on the project objectives. Core leadership and senior management comprehend that their association's estimation framework unequivocally influences the way of behaving of administrators and workers.
