Abstract
Companies in the Hospitality and Tourism Management is facing different problems. It is the duty of the managers to identify the key issues connected to the problem and develop effective solutions for managing the issues in a productive way. In this research paper we are creating a problem-solving matrix that interprets and investigates the interrelationship of the human resource, financial, and product and markets contexts in detailed way.
