Your research proposal should feature the following elements: Cover sheet, Abstract, Introduction, Method, Analysis strategy, References and Appendices (if appropriate). The length of your research proposal will depend on your decision for your project (e.g., the complexity of your research question, design or measures), so there is no strict rule about word count here. Your proposal can be betweenaround1,500 and 1,800 words with most research proposal being somewhere around 1,700 words. This word count does not include the abstract, the references, and cover sheet.

Abstract
It is implicit racial biasness which is the rising issue in the societies globally. Due to this there are judgement made in the court which are detrimental to the existence of the blacks skinned people in the society. Implicit biasness is researched by the social psychologists and refers to the involuntary and unconscious attention which the individuals make on a regular basis. Similar type of behaviors is observed among the police officers who do not display any forms of racial intentions still establishes strong implicit biasness against the people of the black community. Through this analysis we will try to evaluate the influence which virtual reality tools can make on the implicit racial biases and evaluate the legal situations. After implementing the virtual reality models in the black people, it was discovered that the participants formed lower implicit racial bias scores compared to the ones who practiced a fake model of the virtual reality concept.
Introduction
There has been discussion on the literature designed which can have a lowering implicit racial bias of the white people over the blacks. The US companies spends almost $8 billion annually on the diversity training. There is little evidence that such expenditure results in enhancing great diversity or lowering the biasness as per a report published by McKinsey. Generally, the implicit biasness erupts from among the people who are stereotype deep-rooted and frequently deviate from the willfully held beliefs. Further, these types of implicit behaviors can lead to discrimination among the workforce, the medical care quality, in terms of conviction and when making judgement in the courts. There was a test conducted by a team of social psychologist in the year 1998 which dominated the research on implicit biasness. The Implicit Association Test (IAT) is a computer-based test where the participants sorted the words into pertinent classes. Further, the IAT examines the strengths and weaknesses of the blacks and the whites. There has been a formative test conducted among a million of Americans where approximately 75% of the people demonstrated a preference towards their white faces. The IAT was actually designed to diagnose the discriminatory behaviors of the decision makers such as the judges rather than predicting the biased behaviors of the individuals. There are various types of diversity training provided to the decision-makers which are mostly through role plays and video instructions. But there is little evidence of these tactics been effective. A study conducted by a social psychologist named LalDin states that in a workplace the employees are unconsciously biased and put them on defensive front. Our
ain starts to defend itself and are unable to perceive the contents which are been offered. On the other hand, the virtual reality finds a diverse pathway and doesn’t tell the individual of having unconscious bias. But they experience the bias by being on somebody else’s shoes and observing the workplace from a varied perspective.
Method
Violence by the police in America is increasing at an alarming rate. Most of these incidents are reported to be intentional resulting in massive movements like that of the Black Lives Matter movement (Peoples, 2019). Further studies found that the unarmed Black suspects have the chances of being shot more by the police forces than the white suspects (Scott, Ma, Sadler, & Co
ell, 2017). Due to these issues the people from the black communities suffers from long-term psychological trauma. This results in a trauma among the entire community and leads to violence.
Hence, it is only through exploitation of the virtual reality community which helps to provide experiences to be in the shoes of other person and helps to reduce the...
