Your pages are out of order, I will not grade future assignments with pages out of order. Missing instructions for each problem; intercepts need to be stated as ordered pairs.
You also did not write the problem along with the instructions. The problem and instructions need to be stated, more points taken off if problem and instructions are not stated next time
Also, please leave space between problems for my comments.
