You will need to consider both pros and cons in relationship to the question. The paper you submit can be formatted however you like, but you must be sure to include both pros and cons as well as responses to each pro and con.The paper should assess how "solid" each pro and con argument is. You also must include a bibliography showing where you found any specific information or evidence for a particular pro or con.
