COURSE INFORMATION
NURS 101: INTRO TO NURSING LEADERSHIP
PREREQUISITES: COMPLETION OF ALL LEVEL 1 NURSING COURSES;
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course will focus on providing theoretical knowledge regarding organizational strategies, basic leadership theories, along with implications regarding the importance of decision-making for nurses in healthcare. Practical implications of nursing leadership will be examined through analysis of real-life cases and hypothetical stimulation.
