You state that "Back to Kenya and in deed most countries in the sub-Saharan Africa, one goes to pain and labour to coin the true goals, ideology and philosophy behind any social policy." There was Pan Africanism, then Harambee, then 'nothing'. The question is 1- Why have previous mottos not been enshrined sustainably? 2- Is it lack of social policy philosophy or lack of political ideology to entomb these social philosophies into coherent policies? 3- What do you think of this link between political ideology and social policy?
