The local community hospital will be arranging a community fair for the people of the community in order to engage them in an enthusiastic event. The main purpose of the fair is to associate various people of the community to a gathering that will elevate their mood and ease their health issues. As most of the people of the community are old and they do not have any proper activities, it would be best to arrange some community fairs that would help the people of the community. Apart from the elderly population, the younger generation with children also need to enjoy in the community fair and the fair would bring joy to the children (Marmot & Bell 2012). Therefore, the targeted audiences are the older people and the children who would be enjoying the community fair. As the hospital authorities are already dealing with hypertension, obesity and cardiovascular diseases, the light mood of the fair would be helpful for their nerves and it would elevate them to feel free from the troubles that they have.
Arrangements of the fair
	The fair should be arranged in the playground of the local high school for children. It will be quite open and relaxing for the people attending the fair and the community hospital would not have to use their funding for booking a different hall for the fair to be arranged. Therefore, the school ground would be an open space where the children can play and the others can relax for the weekend to enjoy the fair.
