The patient’s name is Myles, whose age was 20 when he was sent to the emergency room by the campus police of the college from where he got suspended many months ago. It has been reported by a professor that Myles walked inside the classroom and accused him of taking the fess of the tuition and refused to leave.
Even though Myles was successful academically when he was a teenager, he started behaving very odd from the last year. He no longer met with friends and quit caring about his social pursuits and appearance. He started to wear the same clothes every day and bathed very seldom. He used to live with many members of his family but hardly spoke to them. While he was not talking to them, he told that he had clues about his college that it was just a front for an organised operation of crime (Searles 2018). He was also suspended from college due to his missing of the classes. He often mumbled quietly to himself and seemed to talk to people many times who was not present there. He seemed emerging from the room asking his family not to talk even though they were quiet.
