Abstract
The profession of nursing is associated with an intense degree of care. In Australia, it can be observed that in many cases, nurses are associated with the acute care of the child. To resolve the parenting issues and better up
inging of the children, generally, parents appoint a nurse. In many cases, the nurses face various complex environments at the time of their service with the children and family care. The need for the support of the nurses in the job of child and family care is being identified here throughout the study.
Introduction
In Australia, often, it can be seen that there are a considerable problem and inefficiency in parenting. Keeping in mind the necessity of the better growth and development of the child’s physical and mental health, the parents often appoints nurses. The government of Australia is also prompting the necessary care support in case of building the children’s better life (Olley, et al., 2017). The CFH nursing service is generally associates with the job of family and child care and to satisfy their complex needs. Here the overall assessment deals with the process of understanding the needs and duty of the Australian CFH nurses work with the young children and with their families with intricate needed.

ent era, health has been termed as a fundamental right of human beings. To describe the role and the duty of the nurses, well various theories can be discussed. The system theory, the development theory, the interaction theory, etc. can relate to this particular assessment. The systematic approach generally represents the user provides the idea and analysis of the degree of complexity of a specific situation typically (Issel, & Wells, 2017). Here, in this case, of the discussion of the Australian CFH nurses, the implication of the system theory can be observed. In the case of the debate on the developmental approach, it can be seen that this theory is generally focused on the overall development of the family rather than considering the development of the individual (Kaakinen, Coehlo, Steele, & Robinson, 2018). To take care of the children in some special circumstances, it has also to be considered the mitigation of the complex needs of their parents. They were focusing on the overall satisfactory needs of the parents. The nurses, most of the time, shapes their way of working. The interaction theory deals with the patient and nurse relationship. To sustain a better relationship it is needed to be more versatile and diverse in the working domain of a nurse (Mayor, & Bietti, 2017).
Methodology
Here a national survey has been done to describe the caseload of the Australian CFH nurses. The crises of the physical and mental health development have been identified by the government as well as the concerned authorities (Silove, Ventevogel, & Rees, 2017). In this particular assessment primary statistical data have been collected by conducting a survey and by exploring various questions related to the relevant topic. The respondents’ caseload and their level of experience have been measured in the range of one to six scale of frequency. The mean frequency is also being calculated, and the standard deviations have also been determined. It has also been reported that the respondents with complex caseloads are more often being provided with a generalized model of support. The working duration and the complexity of the caseload have been considered as a determining factor.
