	The professional and pre-service training and development of the mindset of teachers contributes significantly in their role play management in the context of child abuse phenomena at schools. In fact, teachers have to take pedagogical approach in order to deal with the critical matter of children who get abused either at home or at schools. As per the observation of the given case of Justin, the five year old child who has reported to be abused frequently at home, there are specific preventive measures/further steps that should be taken in the following manner and the instructions given to the junior staff are to be in the order mentioned below:
Part A & B, Responding to the Child and Carrying out Responsibilities 
	At first, the junior staff is expected to support Justin on psychological level. Children having suffered from sexual abuse are most likely to have post traumatic stress disorder; they are simply unable to understand what has happened to them. The physical pain along with mental suffering impedes their overall growth. Therefore; the junior staff will be instructed to deal Justin in the most amicable manner possible, allowing him to change his mind from the event of abuse by involving him into various interactive learning activities in the class as well as by engaging him outside in the play activities. The focus will remain over developing his level of confidence as much as possible to confront the trauma that he has gone through (Mathews, 2011).
