consider the case of "cold water" in which if acts
a) as a solid, warm up from -5 to zero
b) in this, all 50 g will melt
c) the temperature goes up some unknown amount, if it is a liquid
All the energy provided in the warmer water
the heat lost by warmer=heat gained by colder...
