Trust is an important factor that enhances creativity and urges one to perform better. When trust in the team takes a back seat, it is a direct impact on business. We live in a fast-paced competitive world, where disruptions are taking place at a rapid rate. Workplace are perhaps becoming more digitized by leveraging the niche technologies (Alsharo, M., Gregg, D., & Ramirez, R., 2017). There are several factors that has resulted in excessive dependence on the technologies and remote ways of working. Introduction
A team without trust isn’t really a team, its rather a group of individuals who are working closely together often making slow progress. When there is no trust in the team, there might be many battles over the responsibilities as well as rights leading to lack of collaboration (Dangmei, J., 2016). It actually doesn’t matter how talented and capable our people are they might not ever reach to the complete potential if trust isn’t present. Furthermore, if trust is well instantiated in the team, each individual becomes much stronger since it can synergise their actions making them more effective and efficient in whatever assignment that is undertaken. Thus, when team members trust others in the team, collectively the group can attain true objectives meaningfully.
