The entire experience of developing a project proposal and working with the team was intriguing and insightful. In the golden words of Gabrielle Bernstein, "The way we experience the world around us is a direct reflection of the world within us". By the virtue of this assignment, I would reflect on my journey while working on this project, working with team and understanding their different personalities and developing essential skills that can help me embrace my career. The team got very closely synced with each other becoming cohesive in our actions. Team dynamics were very strong focusing on delivering high quality work and performance. After so many brainstorming sessions and whiteboarding, we all team members had realised what were the strengths and weakness of each team members. The work was divided keep after assessing these core competencies such that synergies could be developed.
In this process, I have learnt some of the important project management skills that I will implement further in my life. 
Time Management and Prioritizing - I understood that scheduling can be the core aspect of project management and one needs to be skilful in juggling numerous schedules.
