Strategy-Ethics-Law are the three factors which determine whether the firm can be successful or not. The factors which determine the future scope of the organisation are these three factors which have to be functional in order to understand the growth factors that drive an organisation. Strategy is planned, analysed and executed to understand and work towards the achievement of growth and profits for the organisation. The Strategy can be of many types but the aim is to achieve profits and market share. The Ethical issues rise when we achieve success by wrong means. It is the morality of the firm which is questioned when we bend the ethics of the firm. In order to be an ethical organisation, we have to make sure that the practices we follow in the organisation are ethically correct. Law is a different ballgame which refers to the legality of the scenario. If the methods to grow are illegal it may even come up to dissolution of the organisation. Legal issues are one of the major issues an organisation gets stuck in.
