The present essay is about the Endless Energy Company’s sales department boost up steps that need to be taken. The recommendation for the boost up of the sales is given by the vice president of human resource of the company and the decision is to be taken by the CEO. Fred, the vice president of HR has proposed an evaluation process for staffs based on two criteria— firstly, the monetary amount of what an employee sells and secondly, the customer satisfaction review filled by the customer. The proposal has to be reviewed by the CEO Mary, whom is an employee working in that company for many years. This paper is based on the ethical decision that needs to be taken by the CEO.
Evaluation of Ethical Decision from Mary’s Perspectives
Fred has proposed an evaluation process that address to eliminate the underperforming employees by evaluating their sales performance in monetary terms for 3 months and by the customer satisfaction review that need to be filled up electronically.
