Introduction
In this twenty-first century, every person has an idea about the harmful effects of tobacco on human health. Tobacco is a harmful substance, which is inhaled by smoking, and it not only harms the health of the person who inhaling it but it has the potential to harm all the people surrounding him. Studies have shown that passive smoking is very harmful as well. In many countries, there are several laws, which are designed for the betterment of public health. There the consumption of tobacco in public areas has been banned as well. The different public places or vehicles do not allow open smoking at all. 
Supplement to the Tobacco Retailer
	In Australia, there are several laws to protect public health as well. They have implemented a number of regulations on the different tobacco products so that there can be less consumption of tobacco and in this way, the public health and the surrounding atmosphere can be protected. With the advancement of technology, there are the e-cigarettes has been introduced where the direct tobaccos are not used. 
However, they give the feel of smoking cigarettes. These e-cigarettes are also harmful to human health though they do not use any kind of tobacco (Li & Powdthavee, 2015). That is why in the 2017 Law of tobacco reforms in Australia the tobacco regulations are granted to be applied upon the e-cigarettes as well.
