This is a proposal that has been drafted for setting up an organization in our community. Recently, we all may have noticed a certain increase in the crime rates in this particular area. Mugging, burglary, sexual harassment and crimes as such are happening quite frequently these days. Any police complaints have not been lodged yet and I am afraid it will be lodged. The probable reason is that people are getting threats against lodging a complain. They are afraid, what happened may happen again if they lodge a complaint. It is becoming more and more frequent with each passing day and hence, as a young and responsible citizen, I, along with some other people, have decided to start an organization which will have a hotline number and will ensure anonymous lodging of a complaint which will directly go to the station. Detailed description is discussed below.
I have decided to name the organization “ONE FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE.” The function of this organization is going to be, first, spreading the word of lodging an anonymous complaint for any kind of crime committed in the community. Secondly, this organization will be responsible for transferring all the anonymous complaints to the police station and let the police station take further actions. Thirdly, it has been noticed that the crimes committed are not too much critical, like, trafficking, rape or murder. Knowing how to defend oneself can help the general public to protect themselves from such mishaps. So,
