In this reflective paper, I will discuss the learning experience and the inter-relation between 
mathematical concepts and mathematical application. The topics studied like algebra, 
integration, coordinate geometry and trigonometry have real world applications which I 
would be discussing in this paper. I was in Army few years back and that experience helped 
me a lot in this mathematics program. Today, when I recall connection between concept and 
application; I realize how many examples I have experienced. Mathematics is right hand of 
Army. Mathematics helps in logistics and supply to calculate fuel, map reading which is very 
important in military tasks.
