Executive summary:
The Patton Fuller hospital and health care organization is one of the largest comprehensive
healthcare systems and is considered to be a very comprehensive program under the department
of health affairs. These organizations represent a wide range of health and community care
contacts. A well integrated strategic management plan has been the cornerstone of strong
company earnings and has a positive market share growth among industry leaders. Within the
Strategic Planning Process there is a wealth of information available on the potential impact of
Political, Economic and Regulatory changes for the segments in which the health care company
operates. This strategic management tools will put forth the competitive analysis of the health
care centre in years to come. The importance of human resources in health care cannot be
slighted. The Patton Fuller community hospital needs very well defined personnel with skills and
centering on clinical and administrative functions. The recruitment of hiring the most suited
