Introduction
Personal values, motivators and emotional intelligence of an employee play a very
important role in the performance of the employee while working for an organization. The
alignment of the personal values with that of the workplace values is very crucial for both the
employees and the organizations and enables to develop a positive atmosphere and a good
working environment. The absence of this alignment will not only cause dissatisfaction among
the employees but will also lead to stress and conflict in the organization.
Self Evaluation
The organization that I joined cu
ently has a work culture of working in teams that value
friendliness, trust, mutual respect. On the other hand I believe in recognition, status,
