I certainly believe that there is a positive correlation between early problem behavior and the 
onset of adolescent delinquency and serious adult criminality. Different researchers through their 
researches have tried to define the relationship between early problem behavior and the onset of 
adolescent delinquency. These studies have also tried to study the impact of one on the other. 
According to (Paik and Comstock, 1994) only few studies have discussed roles and impacts of 
the message of moral by television. Different researches have focused negative effects of the 
violent television.  According to (Wilson et al., 2002b) Television violence is frequently 
confronted in the children less than 12 years of age. Conducting the meta-analysis of positive 
effects of the television on the social behavior of children, (Mares and Woodard, 2005)
