We can witness a number of resilient forces in the recent years in various part of the world. The community resilience is the ability to withstand the carious kind of challenges or shocks or any kind of distu

s our daily way of living. However, we have witnessed that if any kind of protest that we witness to avoid shock and distu
ance and if we witness that it withstands then it is not a practical thing we witness. Hence, we are left with either estimating or measuring the events indirectly. However, taking example of Walker (1940) that if we use the elements that are though to be the contributor of resilience and they can be measured as the indicators for resilience. We human beings are spread around the world in the form of different communities in different ecological and cultural context. Therefore, it is expected that we would receive challenges based on the place where we stay. Hence, we can never be able to identify any particular elements that will be helpful for the possible way of resilience. We have witnessed that most of the resilience comes where there is less source of learning in a proper manner or the countries which are developing or third world because of poor economic condition along with the lack of government initiative in controlling the resilient citizens. Therefore, out of hunger and poverty the communities do have resilient attitude towards the government. We can witness these kinds of incidents in the African nations such as Somalia, Kenya, Zimbabwe and many more African countries.
It is very important for us to identify the indicators that will lead to resilient activities. Taking quote from Cork et al. (2008) I can further elaborate that there are many indicators such as economic indicators, social indicators, survival indicators and many more. I would try to provide insight in these indicators such as in economic indicators we can witness the debt ratio which impacts heavily in dealing with any kind of disaster in the communities. We can witness these incidents particularly in many African countries. We have also witnessed that poverty had impacted the probability of the community to bounce back from the disaster. Another aspect we can witness are the social well-being. The resilient forces come up when there is hindrance or threat to the social well being of society such as survival of the people which are the preservation and the basic availability of the people to continue with their life such as availability of water, food, clothing and proper shelter. We have witnessed that lacking of anyone of these creates a huge resilient force among the people.
