Introduction
The communication that we have observed in the current scenario is between the person who is a sales person in a FMCG company and my friend. Our college sessions are coming towards the end, the placements are done and comparatively we have a lot of free time to explore and develop soft skills that would be required in the industry. We have got the placements in the FMCG company where we have to deal with multiple stakeholders and develop a communication model which would be helpful in getting the work done at industry level.
Here we came across a negotiation deal between the salesman of an FMCG company and the distributor of that company. The distributor of the company used to stock multiple products of the company and now had reduced the number of stock keeping units (SKU) of the company. The sales person had come to the office to negotiate a deal which would improve the number of SKU’s with the distributor and would also increase the number of other products. 
The profitability of the distributor had reduced since the company had introduced a small distributor in the nearby area which had reduced the stock turn over from this distributor. Now we as the students of the MBA college and as management trainees were present there and we were analysing the situation since we could come up with such a situation too. We were there to apply the analysis and the knowledge of communication skills and the knowledge of theories such as Intentional & unintentional communication, transmission model(s); transactional model and also Facial communication including eye communication, eye avoidance.
Body
The intentional and the unintentional communication methodologies are the ones which define the way the communication is done. The intentional communication is the mode in which both the parties are willing to communicate and develop the negotiation ties which improve the process and also improves the quality of communication.
Unintentional communication is the unintentional, subtle, unconscious, cues that provide information to another individual.
