As we know that 2µF and 1.5µF, both capacitor are in parallel, so we may easily
calculate their equivalent capacitance.
In case of parallel
C=C1+C2
So, equivalent capacitance of 2µF and 1.5µF
C= 2µF + 1.5µF = 7/2 µF
Now, above network will be converted in following way

7/2 µF 12 V
