Prospects of Partnership form of business:- 
Partnership is business which is owned and controlled by two or more than two people; 
there is no limit on the number of partners. The liability of the partners is unlimited in 
most of the forms of partnerships. Liability of the partners is in respect with debts of the 
business which is separate from the personal liability of the partners.  Partnership form is 
further sub divided into general partnership, limited partnership and limited liability 
partnership. 
 General Partnership: It is a form of organization which is created or entered by 
agreement and formed by two or more persons.
