Advantages of Database Forms 
The database forms are quite significant for the information system of the organization, 
because these are helpful to control data redundancy by having a duplicate copy of the data. 
Database forms are also advantageous for the company in data consistency, because the chance 
of data redundancy is controlled to the extent. These forms are also significant to share the data 
within the authorized people of the company, so they can use the data at anytime and anywhere. 
This information can be accessed simultaneously, who have right to access, because this 
information can be shared within different application programs (Pratt & Last, 2014).
