This study has emphasised on improving the method of communication in a healthcare setting. This assignment has followed a case study pattern, which is aimed towards the identification of the possible solutions that may be implemented to resolve poor communication within the healthcare setting. In that case, the service providers cannot be able to serve their proper services to the service user. Workplace in the healthcare setting is very different from the workplace of the other business organisations.
