Introduction
The study is based on the case study of two families, Taylor family and Brown Family. There are two aspects, which have been reflected by the case study, which have affected both the families. One is the vaccination led Autism aspect and the other is the immunocompromised children who cannot be vaccinated. As a part of the solution, to interact with the autistic child effectively through facilitated communication. The study will be exploring the extent the vaccination affects the autism in the child through collecting academic evidence.
Identifying the Focused Group
The group that will be focused in the study is Taylor family. According to the case study, Alison had two children Sarah and Blake. Although Alison's family, including her sister Emily, were against immunisation of their children, Alison supported the idea of immunisation. Her first child Blake was vaccinated. However, her second child Sarah was suffering from a compromised immune system. As a result of this condition, she could not vaccinate Sarah. Due to a lack of immunisation, often Sarah suffers from illness and infections. Emily, Alison's sister was against vaccination of her children, as she feared that her children would also suffer from developmental delays and autism-like their
other Edward after vaccination.
Identifying the Original Piece for the Research
The original research was ca

ied out to check the tissue condition of the gastrointestinal tract of these patients and behavioural regression of the selecting children.
Additionally, test such as immunological profiles, biochemical and haematological profiles were also ca
ied out to check the levels of tissue proteins. Another reason behind ca
ying out the immunological and histopathological test was to determine the level of blood components in the patients. A biochemical profile with the immunological profile will be able to reflect on the biochemical profile of the blood.
Critical Analysis of the Original Information
In the original research, the article reflects that a study of 12 children was ca
ied out by a group of researchers where they tried exploring what were the reason was after a period of normality in the growing years, the children started showing development disorders. According to the research, these development disorders included loss of acquired skills, dia
hoea, abdominal pain and food intolerance.
In addition, pervasive developmental disorders were also observed in the patient. While analysing the various possible reasons for the developmental delay in the children, it was observed that all the children who suffered from this condition showed symptoms only after they were immunised by vaccines for measles, rubella and mumps. The histological study of the intestinal cells revealed that all these vaccinated children showed reactive lymphatic hyperplasia with patchy chronic inflammation.
