Future direction
	With the progress of the 21st century, although there is modernization of the world, yet world is facing many threats which can impact the health of the public. The two major concern are increase in the drug resistance which makes it difficult to cure disease and other is increase of the risk factor of diseases like obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (American Nurses Association, 2015). The change in strain of viruses makes them difficult from kill from already available drugs. Another problem which has increased the future concern is that the outbreak of new viruses whose cure make time which lead to the death of many people (Regan, Bloomfield, Peters & Effler, 2017). For example, world has faced outbreak of Ebola virus and Nipah virus.
	Our community is not exception from the world. Currently, world has been facing many global health concerns such as chronic diseases like cancer, AIDS, obesity, diabetes, and mental health (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2017). Apart from this, there is other concern which indirectly affect the health such as shortage of nursing staff. It has been seen that our community is also dealing with the same issues. There is shortage of staff in community hospitals. Every house in community is dealing with chronic diseases whether it is diabetes or obesity.
	In every community, there are community meetings and conduction of events which people of the community attends. The best way to implement population health in community by conduction of seminars which promotes health awareness (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 2011).
