Going to the review of the Katrina Breakdown I came to realize that it was the 
absence of a strong centralized response to the disaster which actually aggravated the 
fatality rates and the degree of devastations that was caused by Hurricane Katrina. My 
reading of the review made me understand that it will be both safe and worthy to argue 
in favor of a more centralized response to large national disasters like Hurricane 
Katrina.
